On arrival I was greeted by a sweet black and white cat, (I later found out it was Oliver) who purred and meowed quite delightfully! My room was lovely and bright with gorgeous vintage furniture, it felt just lke home. The hotel was a short walk to the town, sea and bus station. I have booked another stay in September.... More

we booked the gables for one night in march, we received a warm welcome and was directed to our room which had been changed from the garage room to room 8 when i asked about the room change i was told that it had been swapped because somebody with a dog had arrived and he thaught it would be better... Me and my boyfriend came and stayed Saturday night, greeted by a brilliant funny man who made us feel welcome. The room was brilliant. sea view, clean, pretty! “Lovely relaxed hotel”

Stayed here in June 2012, sorry for late review. Relaxed atmosphere, yummy breakfast, lovely hosts. Hoping to return sometime this year with our granddaughter. Very close to town centre and sea front.

This is a well run hotel near the centre of Hunstanton with some rooms having sea views. The owners are friendly and are keen to ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. “Very friendly staff, great room”

Room five was excellent with king size bed and television which you could view from any part of the room.The views from the room were stunning.The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Bathroom was clean.The food was also excellent and plentiful. We would recommend to anyone and would use the b&b again when in the area.
