Dreadful hotel to be avoided at all cost. Not a true all inclusive, terrible food, rude staff dirty pool dirty room that only got cleaned once in an 11 night stay. Just came back from a week at sunshine village. Had amazing holiday there wish i could have stayed longer. Stayed for 4 nights - it was the best thing that could have happened to us in Chersonissos, Crete. The rooms are spacy, with fantastic natural light coming in. The varanda was a treat.
