We have stayed in this hotel a number of times. Its a good budget hotel with excellent food and rooms with a view. I would particularly recommend the suits on the 3rd floor or the front rooms.

Hotel Samudra is ideally located on the beach. Ideal place for beach lovers. Good food, but there is time constraint. you would not get food after 10PM. only a few staff in restaurant make delay in food service. "Toilets of the room are very congested. Hotel organisations are advised to provide proper space in toilets."
