stayed for 4 days & they make me feel like a king. Large & beautiful property with well maintained lawn & rooms. You will get a feel of British architecture in villa as it has wooden flooring & big fire places, nice collection of antique furniture. Staff was supportive & complementary breakfast was good. Good place to relax as you... More

We stayed for 3 days ..The rooms are large, old and heritage style. The staff are NOT at all supportive, Horrible service and food is really bad. But the ambiance is GOOD, rooms are maintained well. Can be a very good place but need a proper attention for managing the property.

Great place to relax. This is a heritage property situated around 6 kilometres from main market area.It is a large property with beutiful and well maintained lawns. We really enjoyed walking on these lawns . They have total of 7-8 rooms .All the rooms are well furnished but bedsheet and pillows were not very clean.Food items were limited and it is better... More

The photographs and few reviews were encouraging and we decided to stay here.I stayed here with my wife and three college going children. The property looks nice from outside , isolated and away from the congestion and pollution. But, the service is the worst that you can ever imagine. The manager and hotel staff ,behave , as if they are obliging... More

With the usual 3stary types showing up in Police bazar and wanting a little more uniqueness in our stay in Shillong, we chanced upon this property. It's located about 8-10 kms away from the noisy bustling town center and the location is just amazing. It is off the main road and the IIM-Shillong is just around the corner. This is... More

DO NOT opt for the 'inclusive of food' package. The cook can leave for an emergency and you'll be stuck with very indifferent 'home cooked' food. When you give feedback, the food gets worse. The breakfast is complimentary but they can serve it only post 7.30 am so it is of no use. As one needs to leave early for... More

Rosaville is a page from history. A old heritage house with lovely old photographs and many prints of Kolkata it reminds one of the early 20th century. It has some big rooms and a lovely sitting and dining space. In crowded and traffic-bursting Shillong Rosaville with its big well-maintained garden , which has some very old trees is like an... More

the building is beautiful, a really classic example of colonial Assamese architecture. the grounds are impressive, an oasis of greenery and flower-beds in a Shillong that's increasingly concretized. the let-down is the service and the management, which is lackadaisical in the extreme. and whatever you do, don't take the package including food. you'll regret it, the worst food we ate...
