Very tired out of date property at a ridiculously high price. I'm a loyal Marriott fan but I will not be returning to this property. Poor value. Common areas are very shopworn. Bathroom plumbing worn out. There are better options in the immediate neighborhood. Free breakfast was cereal from a cart in the lobby.

Towneplace is the only hotel with a full size refrigerator so if you are a long term visitor, you have no other option. I don't like eating outside even though I get reimbursed. The hotel was clean (which is always important). The staff was nice and helpful. However, the breakfast in the morning was served in the lobby which is very small. Not big enough at all to servce a continental breakfast and not much selection food-wise. I would stay there again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Stayed overnight on our way to North Carolina. Best I can describe is this is a Marriott chain for the budget conscious. Price for a two bedroom was comparable to a regular Fairfirld Inn.
