Not the best of the Hamptons. I should say overall it was an average hotel stay. Service Quality was not up to the mark and often the rooms were left unclean. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

Carpet was really wet in the entire room, checked at front desk if they had just cleaned it and she didn't think so. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom needed some deep cleaning in the corners. Toilet flushing was so loud it woke up everybody.

Room was small. Breakfast was marginal. Reserved a king size bed and received a room with two full beds. Beds were uncomfortable, older mattresses. TV was small. Remote control did not work. Odd pet odor in the room. I recommend staying at the Hampton in West Chester if you have a choice.
