I have stayed there several times in past past 2 years and it's OK, if your just looking for a quick, inexpensive place to stay, where you are leaving early to go somewhere in the vicinity or just checking out early. Yes, it has it's problems, but from what I have found out from the management, a lot of it's... More

Hard to find . It is in the middle of an Econolodge Hotel and an Amusement area and it has a comfort Suites logo on the front of the building. Very confusing. Stayed 3 nights, sort of like a ghost hotel. Mysterious knocking sounds in the Bathroom of the room. It is fairly clean, but looks like it could be... More

My husband and I stayed here on a Wednesday night. The hotel is NOT pet friendly. When we opened the door the room smelled musty, but you got use to (especially since we were exhausted from traveling) Next morning the true colors of the hotel came out. The shower had NO hot water and it was 6:00AM, so not many... More

I always try to stay in CS hotels when I travel and I must say that this is one of the best that I have seen. The breakfast was great, the spa could have been a little warmer but the pool was just right (probably around 87 degrees). The staff was friendly. The only problem was the parking, which was... More

I had a spacious room with a clean comfortable bed, but I could hear virtually everything that happened outside my room. My room was the first one next to the hallway door, and I could hear it slam loudly every time someone opened it. Also, there was no elevator, so if you have a second floor room, you have to... More

We booked for one night through an agent in the UK. Our room was spacious. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the hotel is a $30 taxi ride from downtown Columbus.

Front desk at check-in clearly did not appreciate being asked questions or making conversation. Check-out with different clerk was pleasant. Room was very noisy even though a quiet room had been requested and they were practically empty. Have to wind around to get to property, but follow the signs and you will be okay. Breakfast was typical for this chain... More

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights during the week .I was having surgery and the gentleman at the front desk gave us a room on the first floor near an exit door so we could have easy access to our room. The free breakfast was good. A hot meal (eggs and bacon or sausage), waffles, etc. All of the... More

We have to adjoining rooms for one night. We asked for a crib. The first crib had broken rungs, the replacement crib had a bent crossbar and badly welded rungs. If I can figure out how to upload a photo from my phone, I'll share. I am so grateful that my little one can sleep in a big bed. I... More
