This is the only hotel I will stay in while in Columbus, Ohio. The whole experience at the Hilton is beyond compare. I have never had anything bad to say about this hotel. I have stayed for business and pleasure.

My conference was on grounds. Found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I wish they had was a bigger shop to hold magazines and bigger selection of necessary items.

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated, lovely rooms, wonderful staff and right on the grounds of Easton shopping. The patio of the hotel is wonderful plus the general "lobby" is gorgeous. Please take time to stay at this location. You will enjoy every minute!!

Pros: Clean, well maintained, convenient location, generally very friendly staff. Cons: Dated styling, extremely noisy due to large gap between door and floor, which made for a poor nights sleep. Loud plumbing (bangs when other rooms shut off). You can hear conversations in other bathrooms through the vent in bathroom. Witnessed multiple staff members openly rude to other guests.

We look forward to coming here for a meeting every year. Wonderful hotel in an incredible location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very pleasant. If you like to shop and want a nice place to stay, this is it.
