I found the room to be comfortable and clean. The shower worked well, as did the t.v. However, the HVAC system was outdated, and very noisy. I was able to do without A/C/ due to perfect outside temperature.

The hotel overall was excellent; the staff was very polite and friendly. The location is centralized and about 15 minutes from downtown and OSU. I found this hotel to be very nice, as I expected. Breakfast was wonderful. I did not arrive in time to sample the evening meal but I did have time for a drink. The staff were very nice and helpful. This was my second stay and I plan to return.

It was a smoking room and it was obvious that things hadn't been remodeled in a long time. The phone was yellowed, the curtains were yellowed, and it was obvious the furnace filter hadn't been changed in a while. As soon as the thing kicked on, WHEW! I guess I expected more out of a Hilton property.

I have not stayed at a Homewood Suites prior to this visit to the Columbus/Airport hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The suites are nicely furnished, and much bigger than I anticipated. The staff was very helpful and our stay was comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel close to airport and downtown. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Fitness room limited but good quality machines. Room very comfortable we slept great. Not sure what else to stay but apparently there is a minimum ammount of character to make a review.

Great place to stay for the value. Staff very professional and friendly. Hotel very quiet considering how near to airport. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again if in the area.

The good it's a Homewood suite and it has dinner some nights. The bad the Internet is so slow, the executive area isn't any faster and the printers don't work, the gym TVs work sometime and not others, and just overall not what you think of when you stay at a hilton. The service was ok but not very accommodating.
