This is an older property that has been updated, but rooms are still cramped. Kitchenette had granite countertops, but NO that is NO dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Bathroom was terribly cramped. Rooms are clean; service is adequate, property is dated and elevator is really slow. The staff is congenial and helpful, although they will steer you toward their car service rather than cabs... not sure why, as our driver picked us up in his pajamas after dinner one evening. The short walk across the street from the Cleveland Clinic is so awesome after a long day... My husband and I stayed overnight May 6, 2012 and were comfortable in the clean room. The hotel staff interacted with us helpfully and cheerfully, and took the initiative to help us unasked, as well as to ask on several occasions whether they could help us in any way. Marilyn
