Our stay in the Glidden House for my mother's memorial service was first rate -- they hosted the event and I recommend them highly for any kind of event. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous location, lovely quiet rooms, and the nicest staff anywhere. Don't miss the lobby bar: the bartender made us feel welcome, relaxed, and makes a mean margarita!

Room had soundproofing issues. Suggest not staying in “suites”. Overall, love the location and would give it another try.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Case. Right on campus in a lovely building with immaculate rooms, truly a gem. Breakfast is wonderful and any other amenity you made need is taken care of by the front desk.

Great hospitality, good breakfast,superb location. My son is an incoming freshman at Case Western Reserve, and we have found our little slice of home to come to when we visit. The boutique atmosphere is lovely and inviting.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the university grounds, surrounded by beautiful architecture. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location for walking to: the art museum, Severance Hall, Cleveland Institute of Music, Cleveland Institute of Art, Case Western Reserve University. The Glidden House is a lovely old mansion converted to a hotel, and the building has great charm and character. Unfortunately it seems to be run by teenagers, who, though they're very nice, don't have a very firm idea of how to provide service. It would be nice to see this wonderful facility under better management.
