I have to go to Wright Patterson a lot and this hotel is consistently nice. good breakfast whish saves time and money. A fitness room with a couple of treadmills and a good pool and hot tub. There are also 3-4 restaraunts across the parking lot so some easy choices without driving.

I've stayed at this property twice for business meetings and would highly recommend it. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make sure all guests are well taken care of.

This is a new hotel....sleek and contemporary. Two day stay for an Aunt's funeral. Great beds, breakfast and staff! My only negative was the blow dryer which pulled out a chunk of hair when my hair got sucked into the back vent.

stayed here with a voucher for a free stay after a bad experience at a crowne plaza hotel in chicago. this hotel totally redeemed the chain for the bad chicago experience. wonderfully helpful front desk attendant, very clean lobby, rooms, halls. excellent continental breakfast. will definitely be back when we visit waynesville for more shopping!

If there is one thing I can't stand, it is bad customer service. I recently stayed at this hotel with a school group, and I have never been treated so rudely by staff at a hotel. I will never return to this hotel, even though we have a yearly event in the area. I would rather travel further.
