“Excellent Hotel”

I have had good experiences at this hotel. This is my second week long stay and everything has gone smooth and effeicient. Room is excellent. Good internet service. The pool, workout areas are very good. Overall I would rate this a 9 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looks older from the outside but the lobby has been updated and was quite pleasant upon entry. I previously asked for adjoining rooms when making the reservations and I was not readily given that but the front desk person quickly made an adjustment. Stayed here for an a night after going to the Rock 'n Roll HOF. Nice accomidations, good service. Served dinner from a Carrabba's right near them, which I had never seen before from an Hampton I've stayed at. What I usually expect from an Hampton Inn.

“Excellent experience”

I would recommend this hotel for any traveler. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had many choices, the evening reception was also nice. Close to many restaurants. Room clean and staff very helpful. I will stay at this hotel again if I need to go to Cleveland.

“Consistent Hampton Quality”

This hotel is just like any other Hampton - and I mean that in a good way. Hamptons are consistently clean and comfortable. It's not as close to the airport as other "airport" hotels, but that's a good thing, since it is quieter.

I love this hotel. Near airport and very updated. Also close to tons of restaurants. Very friendly service. I have stayed here twice for business. I would stay here anytime I come. Very clean and professional.

We visited Cleveland--yes vacationed in Cleveland--as a family earlier this month. All rooms in Downtown Cleveland were booked so we tried this location. We were not disappointed. Staff was extremely helpful and assisted with us on early check in.
