Vanilla. Not overly impressed...not a train wreck. Has some housekeeping issues but it was a very busy weekend with a lot of teenage activity. Room was very nice and clean, it was the common areas that needed attention, i.e. the elevator, hallways, breakfast room. Staff very accomodating and friendly.

Not bad choice for that amount of money.Quiet,pretty clean,friendly staff.Only continental breakfast, however it was everything one needed.I would only change one thing-replace sugared cornflakes for plain to give a chance to eat to people with gluten and sugar problems.

This is a nice hotel. Very nice rooms, especially if you get a suite which has a separate kitchen and sofa sleeper for additional privacy. Nice breakfast, pool and spa, and fast wireless Internet. Stayed there for one night, the toillet was dirty with residue of urine. This is enough to me. Close to the airport with Internet (averege). And tha is it.

On the last night of our 7 night stay our van had our catalytic converter stolen off our car. Called police and it often occurs in this area. We were not the only car to have this occur that night. Ran in to ask manager to call police.he called. Never went back into building. No reaction from him. $2800 replacement.... More

Arrived late into Cleveland airport and needed a good bed before heading out the next day. Best Western's price was a great value. Room newly renovated, clean, well-decorated.
