The room is big enough. But the bathroom is so small you have to step between the toilet and tub to shut the door. Also no lotion in the room is a problem when you fly and don't have your own stuff. I don't know why the had mini pillows either. Don't understand the good reviews

The Hyatt Place in Blue Ash is exactly the same as other Hyatt Places. As usual the Heat/AC unit is on the noisy side, but works well. The rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The bed is decent and the bathroom lighting is way too dark.
Internet access is buggy with inconsistent speeds.
