The good: Relatively clean, convenient to Blue Ash and Montgomery. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed is relatively comfortable. Free WiFi that is fast enough to stream video. A five-minute drive to the lovely Sharon Woods Park. The meh: 19-inch tube TV with fuzzy reception. Fridge is tiny and set too cold. 'Fully equipped kitchen' means no dish soap,... More

I was unfortunate to stay in this hotel for a week in February of 2012. I had been transferred to a project in Ohio and i did not do due diligence in finding a good hotel. I was also handicapped by the fact that my car was being transported by truck from Colorado. And i had a coupon for $50... More

The rooms provide the basics: kitchenette with fridge and stove (not in very good condition), bed, desk and chairs. Our room was very clean and fine for a no-frills stay. No elevator, we had to carry heavy luggage up one flight of stairs. No hair-dryer in the room but the desk provided one when we asked.

My experience with ESA's has been hit and miss, mostly miss. I expect them to be utilitarian, but most of them are on the tired, dreary side of utilitarian. This ESA was a surprise. Very nicely decorated hotel overall, lobby, common areas and rooms. A nice open room, a little on the smaller side, but didn't have that closed in... More

Echoing a previous review, I "won" this hotel on Priceline, which promises accommodations for two but only provides a room for one. When I arrived, despite the fact the hotel was empty, the only room I was offered was equipped with a full size bed. The clerk wouldn't even allow me to pay extra for an upgrade. My wife and... More

Upon arriving to the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a sign that said, to please dial 0 and someone would be there to help shortly. The time was 2:30 pm. Well, I dialed zero and a hurried and huffy woman snapped, "Hello!". She was shouting on cell phone that kept breaking up... when I finally could hear her over... More

Bathroom was terribly filthy.Room did not seem to have been clean at all. Would not spend another night here, even if I was traveling alone. Spend a few extra bucks for another hotel

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The room was like a cute little studio with a kitchen, internet service, nice bathroom, etc. The price was great. There's a Bali's gym, gas station, bank and a few smaller fast food restaurants all within walking distance. No complaints here!

This place is very inexpensive and no frills/no maid service. The service people at the front desk are great - will gladly give more towels, sheets. Plus friendly. I left my cell phone charger in the room, and they MAILED IT BACK TO ME! Unbelieveable. The standard chains wouldn't do that. I will return again and again. Did I mention... More

I stayed here around July 4th 2002 after checking out the neighboring hotels. I was looking for a moderately priced place to stay. All the other hotels wanted anywhere from $75-$100. I kept looking and came upon this hotel which is in a quiet buisness park. I had never heard of Crosslands before. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen... More
