We have been going there every year for the past 12 years and love it! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, great breakfast. WiFi thoughout the building A very relaxing vacation! - The Michigan and PA families.

“Best place to stay in Amish Country”

This hotel was in the heart of downtown Berlin. An easy walk to all the shops in the downtown area. “Comfort Suites Berlin”

This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. They offer a morning breakfast that was enjoyable. The location can't be beat, you are right in the heart of Amish Country and shopping. My biggest complaint (no fault of the hotel) was the cell phone reception is non existant.

“Great relaxing get away”

We went away to have quality time together stayed in the jacuzzi suite and were very satisfied. The room was extremely clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The beds were great. Jacuzzi awesome. A great stay that would definitely bring us back again. Thanks for the hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort.

Clean Clean Clean and very quiet. Great location about a block off the main streets. Nice staff not overly friendly but were efficient. Typical Comfort suites breakfast. Overall excellent place to stay

Great location to walk directly to town. Many businesses close at 5:00 pm. Pool was great for kids. Breakfast was standard and staff was helpful. Buggies drive right by hotel. A great value. Rooms are large and very clean. Nice lobby and breakfast areas.

“Great place for families!!”

We have stayed at the Comfort Suites in Berlin 3 times a year for the last 5 yrs...and love it!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it's clean, quiet and in a great location within walking distance to shopping and resturants. We are headed back down there tomorrow!!
