This place is the worst. The rooms they wanted us to stay in were filthy. There was feces on the toilet, blood on the towels, dirt in the carpets and a bad musty/moldy smell. The AC didn't work. The night desk clerk blamed it on bad housekeeping staff but locals know that this place caters to construction workers in the... More

Arrived having booked a 2 night stay - the pictures are so misleading. The hotel is dilapidated and VERY dirty. Our room was covered in dust and the hair dryer was ripped out of the wall. The staff was surly and even scary when we voiced our dissatisfaction with the cleanliness. We took out 2 kids and left. This place... More

my husband and i stayed here for a few day getaway. it is conveniently located near attractions such as seneca caverns,railroad museum,historic lyme village, and only about a half hr from lake erie. the hotel itsself..well it is only rated a 2 star. if you're not very picky it was an ok place. we checked in early(at a $10 charge)...
