Cheap motel, reasonably safe and in a convenient location with helpful staff. However the saving grace of budget places like this is usually cleanliness which this did not have. This hotel is actually pretty decent. It's located in a good location right off of Route 35 near Dayton, Oh. The only issue was that the towels were not that clean and the carpet needs to be vacuumed more.
