“Who can resist warm cookies??”

I stayed here for a conference, but the hotel's warm cookies and EXCELLENT breakfast (dozens of choices, and a manned omelet station) will ensure I look forward to coming back. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very accommodating to our large group. And they give you warm cookies and cold water whenever you ask.

“Front Staff at Beachwood, Ohio”

“Excellent Staff”

The service you receive from the staff is second to none. We have done many meetings as well as just standard nights stay, the experience is always good. The meeting rooms areexcellent the food is good. Excellent location in the Cleveland area.

“Nice Hotel, Great Location”

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Of course great chocolate chip cookies. It was in a great location right off of 480. Near shopping and restaurants. Restaurant and nightclub in the hotel. Easy to get to other points of interest in Cleveland off of 480. It is about 20 minutes from downtown. Excellent breakfast bar.

“Great customer service”

The hotel staff was superb! Pleasant, friendly and willing to assist. Bryan, in the restaurant is the best!!! He defines what a true professional waiter is. It was our pleasure to have him as our waiter.
