“Great value, relaxing and fantastic views”

Petra and Jeff are wonderful hosts: very welcoming and provided great tips on sightseeing in the Fleurieu Peninsula. The room is very comfortable, with stunning valley views. The breakfast was also a highlight - not just for the range of food provided but that it was set in an enclosed verandah overlooking the beautiful valley.

We stayed at Austiny B&B for 3 nights where we were looked after very well in excellent room with good ensuite facilities kept beautifully clean. A lovely view from the window onto tranquil garden and surrounding countryside. At the end of our busy day, we very much enjoyed sitting on the veraanda just outside our room enjoying the colouful birdlife... More

We have stayed at the Austiny Bed and Breakfast for one night in December 2011. From the moment we arrived Petra and Jeff made us feel very welcome in this fantastic, tranquil property surrounded by nature. The views are spectacular, overlooking beautifully maintained property. This quiet and extremely comfortable B&B is set in beautifully maintained gardens. The welcome was very friendly and the breakfast superb. One of the nicest places we stayed on a 3 week tour.
