We've just had our third stay at this fine establishment and the service, friendliness, cleanliness and location really do make it a superb holiday /getaway. we have stayed here a few times. the owners are very helpful and accomodating. units are basic but have everything you need. Position is excellent. lodged in between the caravan park and the beautiful marina. within metres of the beach, nice gardens, and room for the kids to run around. Nice barby area, great for groups or families.

“Friendliest place in town”

Spent 7 wonderful nights in Modras apartments. Friendliest place to stay in the friendliest town. First class fishing at your doorstep.THE place to stay for keen anglers. Locals are very happy to pass on helpful tips. Modras apartments are very well setup and very clean.

“Taking the folks away for a break”

We had a wonderful 4 days at Tumby Bay. Modras Apartment was clean, roomy and nicely situated. The BBQ area was lovely and family friendly. Tumby Bay is one of SA s best kept secrets. Close to Pt Lincoln and a great trip from Wallaroo to Lucky Bay on the ferry.

Spent 6 nights at Modra's Apartments, every review sums up this great place. Everything you need is supplied for a very relaxed holiday. Walking distance to the Beach ( 2 Mins) Kids fishing off the Pontoons situated close by. IGA for all your food needs. We have stayed at Modra's apartments before & would not stay anywhere else when visiting Tumby Bay. The whole Modra family are very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Very comfy place to stay, has everything that is needed, and price!? it was great all over! Close to everything. stayed there with my parents while on a business trip, and had plenty of room for everyone.

“Excellent seaside cabin accommodation - Modra's apartments”

Clean, well appointed, well stocked, and with efficient staff - Modra's apartments (seaside cabins) are an ideal place to stay for a real beach experience in lovely Tumby Bay. Comfy beds, plenty of nice soft towels... it has everything.
