I have stayed at Rawnsley Park Holiday Units for many a time in the last 11 years. It's always magic, come and see for yourself! The units are well kept, have everything you need while holidaying here. The walks in the beautiful Flinders Ranges are unforgetful. You will dream about the place long after you have left. Basic commodity, clean,... More

We stayed in the powered camping area for 6 nights, there were 5 adults, 3 vehicles and we had 3 sites together. Our sites were great, and we were able to pitch our tents on a shade cloth dirt area. Had our own camp fire each night, wood was available from the park office for a fee. Showers and amenities... More

Can't say we are avid campers, but it seemed the right way to experience Wilpena Pound and the entrance to the South Australian outback. We chose to stay at Rawnsley Park given their proximity to the Pound, potential for bike riding, camp kitchen, swimming pool, access for the grandparents to stay in the properties cabins and Woolshed restaurant. The campsites... More

My family of three stayed in a holiday unit for three nights. Firstly, our lives were saved (not literally, ha ha) as we had forgotten our portacot for our daughter, but luckily there was one available for us. Secondly, it's a great location and makes a great base for exploring the Flinders. The unit was very clean and had everything... More

We stayed in a two bedroom holiday unit at Rawnsley Park. It included a small but comfortable unit with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second room. There was a small kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and fridge. There was also an ironing board & iron. The small lounge room had a table and... More

We stayed here over the xmas break for a few days after reading other reviews and we were not disappointed. The park is at the base of the Rawnsley Bluff which walked one day. If you are thinking of doing this walk I would suggested you have a very good level of fitness as parts of the walk are extremely... More

Very friendly, very clean caravan park. Great facilities included a very equipped kitchen , the showers and toilets bunk are spotless and clean every morning . Also you get a fantastic view of wilpena pound. We preferred this place than the wilpena pound resort as it is less busy with overseas tourist . The owner showed us around and told us... More

I went there as a couple at the beginning of October. The station is in an idyllic location, right under rawnsley bluff of the wilpena pound. We stopped in one of the holiday units, but there's also a tent ground, with tents ready put up, powered and unpowered sites, small bunkers and Eco villas( for the traveller with a bit... More

Great value for money. Cabins are clean, well equipped and spacious. Great to wake up and look out onto the stunning southern wall of Wipena Pound and to return, after a long day of walking, in the evening to a hot shower, comfy bed and brilliant sunset!

We stayed in the holiday cabins (not the Eco villas and not the caravan park itself) so I'm not quite sure where to put this review. Rawnsley Park is a nice location for seeing Flinders ranges and the one-bed cabin was perfectly fine, but for the price we paid it was pretty basic and dingy. The electricity was out when... More
