Overwhelming smell of toilet type cleaner when we opened the door. The shower needed a bit more bleach as there was noticeable black mould. The folder and bench top was dirty and sticky. Had 5 nights here in a family room. Very happy with the acommodation. Room was spacious and everything we needed to prepare a meal but the location is fantastic and so close to everything we found ourselves walking to somewhere different for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are basic but clean and well presented. Sound proofing could be better but still had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. Location is great right in the middle of the main street but the entrance is easy to miss. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A well priced hotel in the best location in the main street. Reception staff are friendly, room is comfy, clean and all you need. Only gripe was we didn't get any tissues or soap. The Haus opposite this hotel is a fantastic place to eat.

The lady in reception was very pleasant and happy to help. The room was a good size and clean, the bed was comfy, shower room and toilet were ok. Tucked away behind one of Hahndorfs historic pubs we had a little trouble actually finding the place in the dark, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. Good sized rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished except for the bathrooms which looked like they hadn't been touched since the 80's....
