We loved this place. Its a beautiful restored 'Queenslander' house on a big block with secure fencing for the kids and a great veranda all round. We could walk to town and the shops which was good for after dinner as we didnt have to drive anywhere. (Most of the other houses in town seemed to be out of town on farms so someone always has to drive!).
The furniture and all the fittings were really beautiful. Its tasteful which is a nice change from the usual self contained accommodation with plastic chairs! The lounge is plush, the dining table and benches are earthy solid timber. Mattresses are the other kicker...you can tell that they are top quality - we slept beautifully. The kitchen was big and spotless and the laundry had all new big capacity appliances.
The master bedroom is big and comfy, the other two bedrooms are small but they said (and showed) that on the website so there were no suprises. Still, the beds, mattresses and bedding were great! What these...
