I have stayed at the Rose Bay Resort many times and every time the service has been amazing, the rooms are very modern with lovely furnishings, amazing views of the bay from the balcony (even been lucky enough to see whales from their). The staff are very friendly and helpful. For a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, Rose Bay... More

We booked for two nights but stayed four - would have been longer - but we needed to move on to catch a flight. We stayed in a studio and then a 1 bed appartment - both had amazing views onto Rose Bay - stunning. The apartment was huge, full kitchen and laundry, the full width verandah was great -... More

After reading the very positive reviews I have to say that we were very disappointed with the Rose Bay Resort. $150 for their studio is not value for money. Make no mistake the views are fantastic but this is not mirrored by the quality of the rooms or the ‘resort’ in general. Our studio was very basic and in need... More

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond, however I had trouble getting the new manager feedback set up on trip advisor. It is unfortunate it was windy during you stay and yes, I agree we do not have a large pool and it is between two building which can be windy... More

I stayed at the Rose Bay Resort for a week in November after dropping my son and his mate at Airlie Beach for the dreaded schoolies. I enjoyed a week of utter relaxation, and peace...then picked up my tired son and his mate and returned to Cairns. I can only say great things about Rose Bay Resort. Beautiful one bedroom... More

I stayed at the Rose Bay Resort while on a business trip to Bowen. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we arrived, and he even knew the work schedule of my other colleague who arrived for a day earlier which saved us from calling and interrupting him from his meeting offsite. He also recommended a really nice Chinese... More

We stayed here as part of our drive from Cairns to Brisbane. It is truly a magical spot with blue, blue seas, rocky outcrops and breathtaking sunrises! You lie in bed and hear the waves lapping on the shore. Screens on the doors meant that we could leave the doors open at night (even in May!) Our apartment was tidy,... More

The perfect place for families to relax. We discovered Rose Bay Resort 9 years ago. Then our 1 night turned into 3. Our latest 4 night stay found the resort still in pristine condition. The location is right on a private beach, framed by 2 rocky headlands. All units face the beach. The view is breathtaking. Our 5 year old... More

Stayed at the Rose Bay Resort for one night in late July. This place is just fantastic, truly a hidden gem just a few kms out of the main town. Had a studio apartment which was perfect and amazing value for money. The beach is literally metres from the hotel's doorstep. Room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.... More
