Really clean and tidy rooms. Great staff, really helpful, and willing to remove spiders from my room upon request! Kate at reception was especially kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were also very good. I would recommend staying here for business trips. Very high standard of service for budget accommodation.

Overall a very good stay, very friendly staff, good location for food, both with an M&S and restaurants nearby. However the noise from floor above, every step heard - request a top floor room to avoid this.

Have stayed here a number of times to visit family and friends - excellent hotel in all respects and superb value for money. One slight critism is noise from the car park so would recommend getting. Room that faces opposite side. Staff are excellent and very friendly.

Me and my partner and baby stayed here from a Friday to a Monday due to our flat flooding. All of the people who work here are absolutely amazing. We spent a lovely weekend here with friends whilst we visited Santa Pod VW Festival. Hotelvwas busy but still the welcome at the reception desk was lovely, every morning wecwere asked if we had a good night..... we had 2 family rooms and all of uschad propercbeds with room to move.
