No flat screen tv, no overheated room, no bland decor or vending machine coffee or motorway noise .........,just peace and quiet ,tea in the parlour,crisp sheets,gravel drive,feather quilt, beautiful rooms ( my room had a piano in it), scrumptious food,charming hosts .... shall I go on ...

Spital Hill is the best place We've ever been in the United Kingdom. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Furniture is the perfect exaple of classical English style. We'd had delicious breakfast and dinners. Ann and Robin had been so very nice to us...
