Great location, excellent rooms, self contained so really like (or better than) a hotel with your own central heating, fridge, oven dishwasher etc and with Amandas superb breakfast. Better than an ordinary b&b and with more room than a hotel but all at b&b prices. Would definitely return again and no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the "Poplars", comfortable and quiet room. Amanda was a great host and the "Full English" breakfast was outstanding. I thought the Poplars was a wonderful Bed and Breakfast, the room was decorated to a high standard and comfortable. The house and gardens are lovely and peaceful. I really enjoyed the breakfast too, which was locally sourced and cooked to order. Amanda was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay there again.
