This place is the real deal in terms of friendly staff, good accommodation, reasonably priced food and a wecoming coal fire in the bar. As a bonus, there are a number of great walks which you can take in all directions from Youlgreave. We'll definitely be back with friends for a longer stay.

Spent New Year at the Farmyard Inn. Rooms recently refurbished. Flat screen t.v. (wall mounted with freeview programmes. Mira shower. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Pleasant decor. Nice toiletries.
