Nothing like a 5 star establishment. No meet & greet or help with luggage. No water provided in rooms. Too many 'rules' to follow i.e. no drinks or food etc. We stayed in the Ecclesbourne Room. Windows don't open. Bathroom fittings falling apart, toilet seat chipped, sink didn't drain. Breakfast - average
