Had a meal here one evening as closest place to where we were staying and to be honest not much more choice in the area! Very busy but managed to get a table. Landlord and staff were a bit surly. Food was ok, a bit basic but tasty enough.

Stayed for 3 nights in February. Excellent value for a winter short break. Snowy weather enhanced the experience. Comfortable room, good value for the Lakes. Would definitely recommend to friends. Dog friendly... even though Jess was very wet.
