Regardless of the tasteless decor, expensive alcohol and unfriendly atmosphere. We thought we would give the Crown another go. What a mistake, the staff are so rude. Any request is viewed as a complaint and the manner in which they treat customers is disrespectful. A place like this should pride itself on customer service, and they fail drastically.
