“Cheap, not very cheerful”

Stayed for one night on a Saturday night due to its close proximity to the Box music venue. The hotel was cheap, however, its very dated, room small, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, hairs on the floor, the bed was uncomfortable and my wife woke up with insect bites. after visiting the waverley several times thought agreat place handy for railway, but this time breakfast times to early menu not correct as items advertized are missing ie ,mushrooms no explaination from waitress,room very noisy.

“Back for a night”

This was our second visit, it is close to the station and has ample car parking[free]. A friendly welcome, comfy clean room and a bar and restaurant. Plus a good breakfast all at a good price.we were visiting family and made a stop-over to visit more family, job done!

Excellent value for money.Very helpful and friendly staff.Clean,warm room with all the basic needs,TV,tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was superb!Good choice with what tasted to be good quality food.Cannot fault this hotel at the prices charged.A big thank you to all the staff.
