I was so disappointed in this stay. Luckily I only stayed one night while visiting friends. The room I had had a nice comfortable clean bed, but that was the only positive. My daughter and I recently stayed here for a week whilst visiting relatives, and the staff throughout the hotel and adjacent bar/restaurant were superb, helpful and very friendly. I have stayed previously and will continue to use the hotel for the forseeable future.

Visiting Nantwich R & B festival but stayed out of Nantwich (nearer Premier Inn over £20 more) Greeted by lovely receptionist. Room, as always, spotless, airy & bright. Bathroom the same. Bed extremely comfy and breakfast next door...wow! Amazing quality of bacon, sausages etc (scrambled eggs cooked to order & not a lump which had been kept warm!)

I recently spent 2 nights at this very comfortable hotel. Rooms were very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for me! In particular, Amy on reception was extremely courteous always asking if everything was ok for me, first class customer service.

This is the smallest PI I've ever stayed in, which maybe accounts for it being a bit more expensive than the usual PI rate (although that's all relative!). Probably best to book early.
