Six of called on May Bank Holiday Monday to try out the carvery. Officious waitress eventually came to us and asked for our drinks order ,Drinks duly delivered she informed us that the carvery was not available. I had told her on arrival that we were planning to eat from the carvery but she waited till we had purchased drinks... More

The room was large, warm and comfortable. however, once booked in we were forgotton about. no breakfast sunday morning, chef was not told that we were booked for breakfast and at 8.50am he told us that he had started the lunch time carvery and he could only do egg on toast, not the full english we had paid for upfront.... More

This B&B provides what you would expect for £35 a night if you like early nights and late mornings with a location next to a busy road. The hotel did not have record of my booking but kept dinner warm for me after I phoned to check. Breakfast is served at the convenient time of 08.30 to 09.30.

Out of town business brought us to the Westfields Hotel. Very good value for money. Good clean accommodation. We had a family room. TV, tea making facilities and huge bathroom. Best of all restaurant on site served fantastic carvery - great for hungry appetites after a hard days graft. Unusual bar - two trees growing in the middle of it!!!!
