Not the best PI that I have stayed at. The food needs a complete overhaul and the rooms are pricey considering that it is deemed a 'budget price' hotel. There is no link to reception other than by the 0870 telephone number. I felt that the cold unfriendly manner of some staff left me feeling like a distant relative.

This is an older Premier Inn and is well in need of refurbishment....artex ceilings....art deco bathrooms...with the old noisy fans.....small TV....and even the old fashioned room key too!
