It is a really beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Stayed for three days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room clean, etc. Only thing was that we got one of the motel-like rooms in the building out back. A little dark, but otherwise well appointed. Just not the old colonial experience we had hoped for. Great hotel in the centre. It was a large mansion, now extended with pool and open courtyard restaurant. Clean rooms. Reception extremely helpful, especially when I could not get my credit or debit cards to work (not uncommon in Mexico, I find.) Very good menu, reasonably priced.

Hotel is a gem in its price range. Clean ample room, lovely pool and patio, great location, and good food.
