This was our third time using the Gran Bahia Principe chain of resorts, mainly because they’re a good value. (Though I must admit I’m ready to try something different next time.) Sian Ka'an is one of four inter-connected resorts in the Mayan Riviera. It's the newest one, and it was designed to be superior to the other three (named Akumal,...

Unforgettable already planning my trip back to Gran Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an! WOW is all I can say I am a Travel Agent I own Dream Vacation Escapes and have stayed in some really nice All-Inclusive resorts in Cancun, Riviera Maya and in Punta Cana Dominican Republic and even stayed in Gran Bahia Principe Coba in April of 2011 but...

Just came back 5/15/12 this is my wifes and mine 15th trip to Cancun/Riviera Maya area and only my 2nd review of a resort they are very helpful since I research them before booking any trips. My husband and I travelled to Sian Ka'an with our two youngest children - ages 3 and 11 months. We were nervous about travelling with young children but there was no need! We were very well taken care of! Sian Ka'an and the entire complex (Coba, Akumal, Tulum) were all beautiful. The staff were so kind and, in the buffet...

Location - While Akumal is a good ways south of Cancun and...

My friend and I stayed at the resort April 15 till April 22, 2012. I have been on many all inclusive trips and have to say that the Gran Bahia Resorts are wonderful. 3 years ago my daughters 19 & 26, and my sister and her 26 year old daughter stayed at the sister resort Coba. Both trips are worth...

I am shocked over all the good reviews this place has gotten. My husband and I travel to this area of Mexico twice a year and this "luxury" property on a "golf course" left far to be desired. First of all, the golf course is at the front of the property, the place where all the rooms are is at...

Stayed April 22 to May 4, 2012 and had a wonderful time. this is their Don Pablo Collection which is normally adults only, but since this resort is only 5 months old they are accepting families.
The assistant manager Juan Oliveria is young but focused on delivering excellent customer experience. As a result, his supporting team members, like Daniel in...
