I understand the allure of getting away from "civilization" for a tranquil weekend. The site itself is beautiful, the staff exceptionally friendly, but wow was our cabin cold. If you are in the Eastern Townships in Québec, think of staying a few nights in one of Cimes et Racines' cabins! The site is easily accessible, yet you would think you are miles away from civilization! While cabins do have electricity or running water, they are very cozy and seems right out of a storybook!
