On checking in... they didn't have my reservation even though I had done so by phone & had a confirmation number.
Was promised a newer room... was provided a room from hell... ant traps on the floors, peeling paint, damaged walls, unsafe locks on doors, door opening to hall left a space so that the room could be seen inside...
