Having never driven through this part of Nova Scotia despite growing up and living in the Annapolis Valley for many years, Parrsboro merited a visit In August. The Maple Inn was worth the detour and a welcome respite after a long day's drive. The owners were very accommodating and have created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which balances the old... We stayed at this lovely B&B while visiting the Bay of Fundy area. We had planned to go sea kayaking, but bad weather made it impossible. The proprietor of the Inn had all kinds of recommendations for alternate plans, and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were lovely and clean, and breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again... More

We stayed in the Delivery Room. It was large and had a beautiful jetted tub/shower combo. The bathroom was narrow and only fit one person at a time. Towels were soft and new. I loved that the room had wine glasses, a wine opener and water glasses. There was plenty of closet space and a nice TV. The main improvement... More

We had a great stay at Maple Inn in the mid of september for an off season price. The huge room were lovely and everything welltaken. The bathroom clean and perfect. There were excellent tea, cakes and coffee for 24 hours and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and a lot of delicious choice. Two big extra rooms... More

Three years ago, my wife and I fulfilled a gpal of visiting a new place in N.S. every year. This particular time it happened to be Parrsboro N.S. As part of our plans, we came upon The Maple Inn. What a find this turned out to be. This B + B is owned and operated by a wonderful couple who... More

This place was very clean and the breakfast was tasty with a large serving of fruit salad to start with. The only downside (and this is a personal observation only) is that I learned after checking in that this Inn used to be a hospital. That kind of creeped me out since I am sensitive to that sort of thing... More

We stayed at the Maple Inn for 3 nights. With our 2 kids, we had 2 rooms and both were very well appointed and just immaculately clean. The owners are a lovely couple and were always ready to help with an activity or recommendation for dinner. They were also happy to chill a bottle of wine or beer. The Inn... More

We were struck by the pleasant orderliness of the establishment. Our third floor suite was commodious and well appointed. Public spaces such as living room and breakfast room were comfortable and inviting. Everything was sparklingly clean. Our stay was very pleasant. The nearby Bare Bones Bistro offered surprisingly sophisticated fare. $200 per night was a bit expensive, though. More

What a convenient place to stay if you are attending the Ship's Theatre. We left our car at the B&B, and walked down the street to the theatre. The room was clean and comfortable, with a stylish decor. Breakfast choices were impressive. There was a menu from which to choose. What a great breakfast-- fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, toast,...
