A nice stop on our tour. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The grounds are wonderful and the area is pristine. The restaurant provided us with a very good meal. We were not disappointed.

We were part of a tour group and stayed two nites at Gisele's. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The restuarant food and service was good. Pancakes are not my thing but everyone who ate the blueberry pancakes said they were devine. If we are ever back that way will definitely stay there again. The entire area is beautiful.
Very nice place. Good location. Good food. Clean rooms, nicely appointed
Auberge Gisele's was my favorite place that we stayed on a group tour of Nova Scotia and PEI in September. Our room was prettty and clean and everyone in our group seemed to be pleased with the food in the restaurant. My favorite dish at breakfast was their blueberry pancakes. Also, Baddeck is such a neat town to visit.
We stayed at the inn with a tour and found all to be excellent. They were most hospitable and helpful with all issues. One of the best dinners we had on the trip. Would certainly recommend this Inn to my friends.

Clean, but could use updating. Staff helpful. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
I am afraid the establishemtn did not live up to its billing on its website or travel brochures.
It is more of a motel than a country inn or B&B or hotel. 75 odd rooms - motel style. Big but just average. No room service. WI-fi not working. Very old fashinoned decor, dated - perhaps its my taste.

Giselle is in a gorgeous lake setting and near town (restaurants, post office, coffee bar, etc). The room was spacious and very clean but needs updating. Carpets & wallpaper in public areas some wear but all facilities are spotless. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good. We had a late dinner one night and Acadian bouillabaisse was fresh &...

Gisele's is a very short walk to the main street in Baddeck, where most of the other inn's, stores, ect are located.
The room looked quite outdated, but I suppose some might find it charming.
Restaurant has a nice patio. The food was good, the service ok. Waitress wasn't too knowledgeable about the menu. Lamb was good. Coquille St Jacques...
