The staff at Villa Franceschi was very helpful and cared for our every request. The hotel was beautiful. It was our honeymoon so I requested some champagne and roses which were there upon our arrival. The staff also spoke English which was helpful.

The location, staff and hotel are very nice, we had excellent service and the place is magnificient. They help me with good recomendation for restaurants as well because their was close. Room was very nice decoration and structure.

We thought to try this hotel again as we had some friends staying in the area. Once again the arrogance of the hotel staff and the customer service given was absolutely terrible! The room was not very clean and it is overpriced. I strongly recommend to eat elsewhere, the restaurant is overprice with low quality food.

Worth a trip. Elegant antique villa, with original furnitures, up to date bath, elegant garden. A boat on the river in front takes you to Venice in 40min, cutting through the lagoon. Amazing. With internal Restaurant as well (didn't try it).

We stayed here over New Years Eve with our two young children. They upgraded us into a jr. suite, and it was beautiful. I imagine it is even more exquisite in summer. I highly recommend renting a car and staying in this hotel when you visit Venice.
