We were recommended this hotel as good 4-star hotel on the first line, close to the Beach and Sea... And yes, this hotel is very close to the Sea coast, but to reach the Sea - you have to cross very-very noisy route!!! This is a very nice hotel. I think I can recommend it for families with children. Nice quiet and intimate hotel with good service. There is no animation, which for me was a plus. Unhelpful, unfriendly, looking down on guests staff. Monotonous, untasty, unassorted food. Noisy, busy and dangerous street in front of the hotel. Dirty beach. We were so unimpressed that we lost the desire to visit Bulgaria again. More

Kiparisite is a lovely, quiet, clean and friendly hotel. We were welcomed at the entrance and all the staff were pleasant, though their English not particularly good.
