stayed here for two weeks not for couples too noisy never slept loads of youngsters in groups of ten plus getting drunk, swearing, running up corridors screaming at 4am onwards, banging on doors, hotel seemed to allow this behaviour as we did report it and didnt change. getto blasters booming out all night. food was poor so was entertainment .... I recently travelled to Bulgaria with a friend for a girly holiday. The exterior of the hotel has been neglected with rusting metal work and chipped paint, the reception area was slightly better even though it was dated. Rooms were spacious but neglected; on arrival our aircon didn't work, the aircon grid was falling off the ceiling, the shower fell off the wall, black mould growing in bathroom, the carpet was filthy and the inside of the fridge was mouldy. When the people in the room above showered it ran down our wall straight through the light switches.... More

We were slightly sceptical about staying at this hotel... but we could not find any fault. I think a lot of people have too high expectations of what they want therefore aren't happy! The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. We got clean towels and bedding every day, the maids are always helpful... More

HOTEL should be rated 2 star at max Staffsurley and unhelpfl. food unappatising and required reheating in microwave. Rooms appear to be cleaned once a season,at the end, we moved the bed and exposed layers of dust etc .
