I have been there last year and we were more than pleased with all the vacation. For a good price wețve received a very cleaned room( we went with our 4 years son) a good and more than enough food( ultra all inclusive). We have enjoyed our time there.

Well first it was a nice hotel very hot clean and beautiful country only problem are the people. So rude and ignorant. just got back after 14 ngts ,hotel was very clean and tidy,cleaners worked 24hours,rooms where very spacious we stayed in the block at the side of the main reception (k).showers where very powerfull and always hot ,towels where changed and rooms where cleaned everyday.meals where ok but not much english food especilly as we where their 14days got fed up... Having just returned from holiday, i would recommend the Hotel Ralitsa. Staff and animation were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. My husband would often be joined by the animation team after their fantastic shows that they put on in the evenings.Definitely will be going back again next year, and we can't wait. My 14 yr old son loved it aswell.... More

Given the fact that they have messed up our reservations and we've ended in another hotel, not a very good impression about the hotel staff at least. The funny thing is we've ended up in a much better hotel. Other than that, just the fact that it's not very close to the beach might be an issue.

Just returned from our second holiday at the Ralitsa superior and enjoyed it even more than our first visit about 4 years ago. The transfer from Varna took about 40 mins. Once we arived at the Ralitsa we were met off the bus by hotel staff who carried our cases into reception and then to our rooms after checking in.... More
