Given the fact that they have messed up our reservations and we've ended in another hotel, not a very good impression about the hotel staff at least. The funny thing is we've ended up in a much better hotel. Other than that, just the fact that it's not very close to the beach might be an issue.

Just returned from our second holiday at the Ralitsa superior and enjoyed it even more than our first visit about 4 years ago. The transfer from Varna took about 40 mins. we arrived at the end of sept and were moved to another hotel as two guests were rushed into intensive care due to extreme food poisoning. i would never come back here or wish this hotel on my worst enemy
