I agree with the previous reviewer. Stating that this is the newest hotel in Mandan may be accurate, providing no hotels have been built since the 70's. We stayed at the Seven Seas this past weekend and had a great stay. The waterpark was a little chilly but we understood that mechanical stuff breaks down. I have stayed here several times. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are clean with fridge and micro. I always seem to end up in the first room on the hall. It is ok for quietness. I get state rates so the value is great for me. The pool is great for families.
