The rooms are updated and comfortable. If you plan to use the fitness centre book somewhere else. I have never seen something so discussing. My daughter is training and had to use it unfortunately. Very very dirty and outdated.

Stayed overnight for a Wedding. The rooms are clean but overall this hotel is very outdated. Needs a whole once over as everything from the sinks to the carpets are shot. The wedding reception was very nice~~ Decorated lovely. Lots of people in the pool area having fun. Older hotel just needs a good update!!

Very poor customer service. untrained staff. they do not know how to run a hotel. Asked for a roll away and was told to follow the custodian and get it myself . smells of smoke everywhere. rude staff, rude waiter and a throw away FREE breakfast. in the forgotten end of Grand forks. STAY AWAY
