Lovely clean room, very quiet when we stayed. Did not have the breakfast but it looked fine. Walked across to Columbia Mall, front desk staff kept a stash of coupons behind the front desk, which was very helpful ;)

Clean comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Close to everything (but everything in Grand Forks is close :) ) If you like Columbia mall this hotel is right outside the parking lot; a very easy walk. Very good value.
